How much does the delivery cost?
We do not charge for delivery and deliver across Shanghai every Friday.

Are the products always fresh?
Yes, your orders are always individually processed directly with the importer. We keep no stock. In order to ensure highest standard of freshness and healthy attributes of our products, we only order from the importer once a week – every Monday afternoon – and receive their shipment within 4 days.

What is the delivery time ?
We deliver across Shanghai every Friday, except during public holidays, at which we will inform you about the changed delivery times.

How can I make an order?
There are two primary ways to make an order:

  1. by the PayPal Cart and Check-Out function in the Store section. This option ensures that your order will be confirmed within half a day, and processed immediately. This option also allows you to use all major Credit Cards and other typical payment methods via PayPal.
  2. by filling out and sending us the PDF Order Form by Email to shop@seafood-and-co.com. We will confirm receipt of your order within one day and process your order upon receipt of your payment.

PayPal does not allow me to pay in RMB, what can I do?
Currently our PayPal integration does not offer the option to pay in RMB.
If you would like to pay in RMB, upon checking-out you may choose the option to “Pay by Direct Deposit”. In this case, please make sure you add your name, order date and customer number in the bank instructions, and send us a copy of the bank slip by Email. We will process your order upon receipt of your payment.

Can I pick up my order from your store?
Yes, you can. If you want to pick up your ordered goods at our location, please indicate this either when checking-out in the Store section, or on the PDF Order Form.

When should I place my orders?
As every order is individually processed directly with the importer to ensure the highest level of freshness, we recommend that you place your order by weekend, and latest by Monday, so that we can ensure delivery by Friday the same week.

What are your office hours?
Monday to Friday, 8am – 6pm; Saturday, 8am – 12pm
